New Zealand pulls back from guilt-by-association piracy law

According to The Out-law, it appears that New Zealand is giving at least another month's thought to implementing law that could see ISP customers being penalised as guilty for copyright infringement merely by being accused of such. Hopefully other countries, like Ireland, will similarly contemplate the implications of such legislation and avoid bringing it into force.
