SkyCon: A User's Guide to Kernel Developers
Val Henson has been working on the Linux kernel for quite a while now, and is in a great position to look at the personalities of some theoretical average Kernel programmer. She suggests that kernel programmers often tend to be:
- Perfectionists
- Pragmatic
- Paranoid
- Pedantic
- Proud
- Pointillist
An interesting discussion of the Myers-Briggs INTP and INTJ personality types ensued.
